Shipping Policy
Hope Media Creative Design offers both domestic and international shipping.
Free shipping in the USA on orders of $40

For non-custom orders: Please allow 24-48 hours handling time in addition to the shipping time while I get your order ready to be shipped.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow tracking numbers at least 24 hours to update.

If your order contains only stickers, you will receive free shipping!

*If your order contains only stickers, your order will be shipped in an envelope and unfortunately will not include a tracking number. If you have not received your sticker order within 2 weeks of placing your order, please contact hopemediacreativedesign@gmail.com

*Keep in mind that Hope Media is not responsible for import/duty costs if you live outside of the USA.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the delicate nature of stationary items, returns and exchanges are not offered for stickers, bookmarks, prints, greeting cards, notepads, or notebooks.

Damaged Items
If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email
hopemediacreativedesign@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item(s), and I will assist you with your inquiry. I will either re-send your item(s), or apply a credit to your account.
