  • Do you offer custom work?
    Yes! To get a quote, email hopemediacreativedesign@gmail.com with a brief description of what you are looking for. I would love to work with you to bring an idea to life.
  • My order is a gift, can I add a custom message?
    Yes! When you checkout, you will be given the option to mark your order as a gift and a box will be available for you to include your custom message. Please note that custom messages are printed on normal paper and will be included inside your package. Receipts are sent to your email, so there will not be a physical receipt included in the shipped order.
  • When will my order be shipped?
    Non-custom orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt from DFW, Texas. Typical shipping windows are: *Standard domestic shipping: 2-5 business days *International shipping: 7-40 business days Please email hopemediacreativedesign@gmail.com if you have any questions about your order.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow tracking numbers at least 24 hours to update. ​ *If your order contains only stickers, your order will be shipped in an envelope and unfortunately will not include a tracking number. If you have not received your sticker order within 2 weeks of placing your order, please contact hopemediacreativedesign@gmail.com ​ Reminder: For non-custom orders: Please allow 24-48 hours handling time in addition to the shipping time while I get your order ready to be shipped. ​
  • How much does shipping cost?
    All orders over $40 shipped within the USA have free shipping! Orders containing only stickers ship for free. Orders under $40 shipped within the USA vary depending on location and weight. All international shipping will vary depending on location and weight.
  • What should I do if my item has been damaged?
    If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email hopemediacreativedesign@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item(s), and I will assist you with your inquiry. I will either re-send your item(s), or apply a credit to your account.
  • What is your return and refund policy?
    Due to the delicate nature of stationary items, returns and exchanges are not offered for stickers, bookmarks, prints, greeting cards, notepads, or notebooks. ​ If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email hopemediacreativedesign@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item(s), and I will assist you with your inquiry. I will either re-send your item(s), or apply a credit to your account.
  • My package tracking information is showing that it has been delivered, but I have not received it. What can I do?
    Sometimes USPS marks packages as delivered a day or two before they are. If two days have passed since your package was marked as delivered please follow the steps below. 1) Verify that your current mailing address is the address on the order confirmation email you received. 2) If you live in an apartment complex, contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package there. 3) Try contacting your local post office with your tracking number and ask them if they can assist you. Sometimes they have more information than what we can see online. If you still are unable to track your package, email hopemediacreativedesign@gmail.com with your order number and shipping address, and I will be here to help.
  • Can I find your products locally?
    Currently, Hope Media Creative Design products cannot be found at any physical locations. If you are interested in wholesaling the shop's products, please send an email for more information or visit the wholesale subpage, which is located under the Hello tab at the top of the website.
  • Do you charge sales tax?
    Yes, 8% sales tax is charged for orders shipped within the state of Texas.
  • Checkout Issues
    Are you having any technical issues with checking out? 1) Is your web browser up to date? 2) Try accessing our site using your browser’s safe mode 3) Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies 4) Do you have any add-ons or extensions that might be interfering?
